Kanye work out plan...

I love bread!  But for the next 3 mon I am kicking the habit ...

For the next 9 days I am doing the detox below.  Gotta be honest ... I cheat everyday but just very lil...can't seem to let go of my cup of coffee...

What I eat daily:
Brown rice—2 cups of cooked rice per day

Egg whites, 4 per day

Fruit, all fruits in any quantity

Good sources of protein: Chickpeas Beans Tofu Lentils

Herbal tea, 2 cups per day

Herbs and spices, all

Milk, 2 cups of low-fat or skim or soy milk per day

Oatmeal—1 cup per day

Vegetables, all vegetables in any quantity, except: NO white potatoes NO avocados

Water, as much as you like

Yogurt, 6 oz. low-fat (twice a day)
